The pervasive reality of risk affects all individuals and organizations. In the aftermath of recent financial and natural crises, the difference between success and failure increasingly depends on a firm’s ability to effectively manage risk to enhance firm value.
The RMI Concentration within the Finance emphasis provides a specific focus on insurance products and their use in mitigating risk in commercial and personal situations.
Careers in Risk Management and Insurance may include, Underwriter, Claims Adjuster, Sales Manager, Risk Manager, Broker, and Risk Consultant or Analyst.

There are four parts to a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Finance emphasis
and a concentration in Risk Management and Insurance
