Bard Center Business Plan Competition


 

There are many sponsorship levels for the Bard Center Business Plan Competition. Some of these support the event while others are very important to the competitors' future success.

Event Sponsor ($50,000)

The Business Plan Competition Event Sponsor will have the company or sponsor name included in the event title, prizes named for sponsor (e.g. Sponsor Name First Prize), and an opportunity to speak at the awards ceremony. The event sponsor will also receive twenty seats at the luncheon ($1500) in a premium location and their logos are listed in all marketing materials (print, web, email). The sponsor is also mentioned in the slide show at the luncheon, in the luncheon programs and from the podium during the luncheon.

Elevator Pitch Event Sponsor ($5,000) - SOLD

The Elevator Pitch Event Sponsor will have the company or sponsor name included in the elevator pitch event title and "Elevator Pitch Event Sponsor" recognition with branded placards at cocktail tables & bars. The Elevator Pitch Event Sponsor will also receive ten seats at the Business Plan Competition event luncheon ($750) in a premium location and their logos are listed in all marketing materials (print, web, email). The sponsor is also mentioned in the slide show at the luncheon, and in the luncheon programs.

Plan Improvement Event Sponsor ($3,000)

The Plan Improvement Event Sponsor will have the company or sponsor name included in the plan improvement event title and "Plan Improvement Event Sponsor" recognition with branded placards at networking tables at the event. The Plan Improvement Event Sponsor will also receive ten seats at the Business Plan Competition event luncheon ($750) and their logos are listed in all marketing materials (print, web, email). The sponsor is also mentioned in the slide show at the luncheon, and in the luncheon programs.

Gold Sponsors ($5,000)

Becoming a Gold table sponsor helps support the ongoing Bard center activities to promote entrepreneurship.  The Gold sponsors receive a table for 10 at the luncheon in a preferred location and their logos are listed in all marketing materials (print, web, email). The sponsors are also mentioned in the slide show at the luncheon, in the luncheon programs, get a display table at the luncheon, and receive special recognition from the podium. 

Silver Sponsors ($2,500)

Becoming a Silver table sponsor helps support the ongoing Bard center activities to promote entrepreneurship.  The Silver sponsors receive a table for 10 at the luncheon and companies are listed in all marketing materials (print, web, email). The sponsors are also mentioned in the slide show at the luncheon and in the luncheon programs. 

Bronze Sponsors ($1,500)

Becoming a Bronze table sponsor helps support the ongoing Bard center activities to promote entrepreneurship.  The Bronze sponsors receive a table for 10 at the luncheon and companies are listed in all marketing materials (print, web, email). The sponsors are also mentioned in the slide show at the luncheon and in the luncheon programs. 

In-Kind Sponsors

These sponsors donate $5,000 in services to the Business Plan winners. The Bard Center matches contestant companies with the sponsors that provide the services that can best help the company succeed.  It is up to the In-Kind sponsor to determine the amount of time required to fulfill the $5,000 commitment.  A sponsorship letter of commitment is generally provided to the Bard Center to clarify what is being offered.  In-Kind awards expire after one year if not fully utilized by the winners.

The In-Kind sponsors receive at cost pricing for seats at the Business Plan Awards luncheon and the companies are listed in all marketing materials (print, web, email). The sponsors are also mentioned in the slide show at the luncheon and in the luncheon programs.
