Apply Now - Undergraduate Education Programs

Current Students

Thank you for your interest in CU Denver's undergraduate education programs! You may complete your undergraduate degree, including those tracks that involve teacher licensure, within a 4-year graduation plan, but you'll need to declare your related major early in your college career and meet regularly with your advisor.

Admission to all Teacher Education related programs* listed below is separate from admission to CU Denver. Once you are already admitted to CU Denver and have declared the appropriate related major, your advisor will work closely with you to help you prepare for the teacher education admission process based on your degree plan. We require all undergraduates to have a GPA of 2.75 or higher for admission to teacher education. (IMPORTANT NOTE: GPA requirements will change to 3.0 beginning with the 2016 spring application deadline for both initial and professional year admission to teacher education. Candidates with a cumulative GPA of 2.75-2.99 will be considered for provisional admission based on the overall strength of other required admission criteria.)

We encourage students to schedule an individual meeting with the appropriate advisor as soon as possible.
