Prospective students must submit a complete application for any of the deadlines and will be considered for the upcoming term based on internship availability. Apply early for best internship placement and course registration selection. Attending an information session or making an appointment with an advisor is highly encouraged to learn more about the application process.

- Three ranking forms from recommenders
All applicants must fill out a FERPA Form. Additionally, the Ranking Form must be filled out by three recommenders. See instructions provided on the FERPA Form.

- A copy of the prerequisite advising e-mail (only applicable if seeking endorsement program and licensed in something other than ECE, elementary or secondary education). If you did not receive prerequisite advising, please contact: Rachel.Fraser@ucdenver.edu.
- Fingerprint Affadavit
- Two official transcripts from every previous college/university attended
Please submit transcripts from (a) institutions granting previous degrees and (b) institutions from which courses have been taken that you wish to transfer into the program. Transcripts are to be issued to you and should be submitted together in the original, unopened envelope with your application.
- Official Graduate Record Exam (GRE)/Miller Analogy Test (MAT) scores (if applicable)
GRE /MAT scores are not required for this program if your undergraduate GPA is greater than 2.75, if you have 24 hours of graduate level coursework (not post-baccalaureate) at 3.0 or above, or if you already hold a graduate degree. If you are taking the GRE, the code number for UC Denver is 4875. The scores will be sent electronically to UC Denver. Minimum GRE score: 150 in each area of Quantitative/Verbal. Minimum MAT score: 396.
