School Psychologist License
In the latter stages of your EdS program in School Psychology, your advisor will walk you through the licensure and certification process.
You will need to pass the Praxis exam for Colorado Licensure in School Psychology prior to graduation. Your advisor will be responsible for providing the official "endorsement" of your qualifications to the Colorado Department of Education. To find out more about registering for this exam, visit the Colorado Department of Education's Licensure FAQ Wizard.
And, as a graduate of a NASP approved program, you'll have the option of obtaining the National Certification in School Psychology (NCSP) offered by the National Association of School Psychologists.
