Q: Can we serve alcohol at an event at SPA?A:
The University’s alcohol policy is complicated, but the general rule is that alcohol is not permitted on university property. It is also difficult to use university funds to purchase alcohol off campus. The easiest way to have alcohol at your event is to hold the event off campus in a facility with a liquor license and to offer a cash bar. Risk Management must sign off on events where alcohol will be served, cash bar or otherwise. If you would like more information about serving alcohol at an event, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: Who manages the content on the monitor in the SPA lobby?
