Biography
Kyle has worked with the Environmental Protection Agency as a student volunteer, providing project support for urban and rural sustainability, green building and green jobs projects around the State of Colorado. He has also worked alongside the CDOT survey coordinator and right of way manager on the Global Positioning System (GPS) Real Time Reference Network (RTRN) Statewide Partnership Business Plan.
While earning his MPA from the University of Colorado Denver, Kyle researched, or contributed to research, on the Healthy Forests Restoration Act, American Indian Water Rights, Nuclear Waste Repository Act, Wolf Reintroduction and Recovery, U.S. Forest Service Grazing Policy, and the HUD-DOT-EPA Partnership for Sustainable Communities.
Kyle's career interests include natural resource planning, regulatory compliance, and environmental program management. Kyle has a degree in English writing from the University of Oklahoma. He completed his MPA program at University of Colorado Denver in December 2010.
