Teri Bolinger




I am a returned U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer who served in Ukraine and moved to Denver in 2009 to participate in SPA's Ph.D. program in Public Affairs. My background includes education and experience in finance and accounting, nonprofit management, community development, and teaching. I served as a Research Analyst in a two-year doctoral fellowship with the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing through the Peace Corps Fellows Program then began a full-time position as the Project Manager for the Integration of Care for Dual Eligible Individuals. I am also a member of AcademyHealth, the American Society of Public Administration, the National Peace Corps Association, and Returned Peace Corps Volunteers of Colorado. My family lives in Florida and Texas, and my personal interests include meditation, yoga, jogging, and hiking as well as national and international travel.
