Bio: Dr. Billie Sandberg is an Instructor in the School of Public Affairs’ MPA program. Her teaching and research interests include nonprofit management and theory, public administration theory, critical social theory, organizational behavior, and qualitative research methods. Prior to joining the University of Colorado Denver in August 2011, Dr. Sandberg spent more than a decade practicing in the nonprofit and public sectors. She earned both her MPA and Ph.D. from Arizona State University. Her most recent work, “Constructing Society’s Aide,” is forthcoming in Administration & Society.
