Marci Eads is the Director of Dual Eligibles Integration and Manager of Medicaid Reform at the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing. Prior to this position, she served as Director of Data and Evaluation for the Division of Behavioral Health, and as Director of Medicaid Infrastructure Grant and Rates/Financial Analyst. She was also Director of Research for OMNI, a private research and evaluation firm. Marci earned her Ph.D. in Sociology at the University of Colorado Boulder.
