Jon Van Til, a full professor at Rutgers, has served as Fulbright Distinguished Scholar at the University of Ulster, and conducts frequent international lecture tours around the world. Van Til’s authored books include Influential Mapping the Third Sector (1988) and Growing Civil Society (2000). He is consulting editor and columnist with the NonProfit Times, past-president of ARNOVA, and recipient of ARNOVA’s career award for distinguished research and publication.
