Aden Hogan, Jr. is the city manager of Evans, Colorado. He has been engaged in public administration at various levels for more than 30 years. He has been serving at the chief administrative officer level since 1996. Aden has earned several national awards recognizing program excellent in municipal government. During his career he has served as production manager, risk manager, planner, fleet director, emergency manager and legislative liaison to name a few positions. He currently sits on the executive boards of the Colorado City-County Management Association and the Colorado Municipal League.

Aden has earned the International City-County Management Association's "Credentialed Manager Certificate". He also holds an Advanced Certificate in Risk Management. He received his B.B.A. in business cum laude from Mesa State College in Grand Junction and his M.P.A. from the School of Public Affairs at the University of Colorado in Denver.
