Strategic Planning and Community Problem Solving

Planning processes ranging from a one-half day retreat to a year- long community process can be developed for boards, organizations and their stakeholders.  Institute staff can assist these groups by translating conflict into shared problems that can be solved collaboratively.  Outcomes of a strategic planning process often include stakeholder analysis and reaching agreement on the mission, strategic goals, objectives, and specific action plans.
