The program fee is $3,500 which includes instruction, materials, and most meals. A non-refundable application fee of $40 is required. Hotel reservations must be made individually with the conference hotel. Information will be provided upon acceptance to the program.
SCHOLARSHIPS:
There are a limited number of scholarships provided by the Gates Family Foundation, the Intergovernmental Employees Association, and the Friends of Rocky.
Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of need and individual merit with greater consideration given to applicants from rural communities and to elected officials.
