The Center is deeply grateful for support provided by the following foundations and government agencies over the years:

- Department of Justice, Office of Violence Against Women
- Gay and Lesbian Fund for Colorado

The Center’s funding is primarily supported by foundation grants, individual contributions, and federal contracts. To make a donation, contact Sam Cole or visit the Colorado Foundation's domestic violence donation page. Long term sustainability of the Center is dependent upon major donors who can make large, single or multi-year gifts to the Center:
Opportunities to support the Center include:
$1,000 donation level:
Recognizing a need for domestic violence agencies to improve their services to battered women, a $1000 donation will fund the design, development, and distribution of one issue of an e-newsletter providing the latest academic research on effective domestic violence intervention strategies.
$3,000 donation level:
Although many domestic violence advocates (many of whom are survivors themselves) work tirelessly on behalf of battered women, few have the money to advance their careers. A $3000 donation provides one of these individuals with an academic scholarship to participate in two weeklong intensives in the Program on Domestic Violence.
$5,000 donation level:
A $5000 donation trains 75 domestic violence service providers in the Denver Metro area on new information and approaches to effectively serve battered women and their children. Previous topics have included strategies to gain economic self-sufficiency and abuse in LGBT relationships.
