University of Colorado Denver School of Public Affairs Coverdell Peace Corps Fellow Program Application Form

This application form allows an applicant to be considered for the SPA Coverdell Peace Corps Fellows Program. It should be completed in addition to the UCD/SPA’s regular application form, which is used to determine admission to the school’s degree programs. Applicants should pursue the two forms concurrently, since admission to a degree program is a prerequisite for fellowship consideration.

The complete application requires you to submit the following application, an essay, your résumé, and your COS or separation information. Please complete the application below. The remaining documents should be sent by email, according to the directions on the page you receive after you submit this form, or by linking to the Scholarship Requirements page here.

Applicants must, by the beginning of the fall semester,

  • have served as a Peace Corps volunteer and have successfully completed COS, and
  • have been admitted formally to one of the School of Public Affairs degree programs.

Application due date

The application is to be received at the School of Public Affairs by March 15th.
