Paula is a Research Administrator with the National Center for Atmospheric Research, an FFRDC located in Boulder. She has more than 20 years experience managing research and education programs in a federally-funded environment. Paula hold a Masters in Nonprofit Management from Regis University and a BA in International Affairs from CU-Boulder.
