Ms. Manderino has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the California University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Colorado at Denver.
In the past, she worked at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation in Rwanda as the Country Director. She was also involved in the US Peace Corps in Benin as an Associate Country Director.
Ms. Manderino also worked at the Harvard Institute for International Development in Cambridge, MA as a Project Manager in the Environment Program, and at Tetra Tech EM consulting company (formerly PRC EMI) in Washington DC and Denver.
