B. Kathleen Gallagher's interest in policy and the arts and nonprofit management derive from an education that includes a BA in Art and Architectural Histories from the College of the Holy Cross, an MBA from the University of Illinois, with emphases in marketing and arts management, a certificate in Appraisal Studies in Fine and Decorative Arts at George Washington University, and an MA in Modern Art, Connoisseurship, and the Art Market from Christie's Education.
