A couple of times each semester, the MAP ERC arranges industrial site visits to get students out of the ivory tower to see first-hand what OESH practice looks like. In addition to bringing MAP ERC trainees on site visits, we encourage people outside of the MAP ERC to come, too. The site visits give MPH students at the Colorado School of Public Health a chance to understand what occupational health is about.We've had friends from NIOSH come on site visits. We even had County Commissioners come with us.
