The Event

The RMPRC hosted over 100 teachers, administrators, food service directors, and public health officials in practical and interactive sessions to learn how to help students achieve academically by increasing physical activity and healthy eating.

The purpose of the event was to:

  • To support your students’ academic success by sharing strategies for increasing physical activity and healthy eating
  • To celebrate accomplishments made in the Healthy Eaters, Lifelong Movers (HELM) project, and
  • To share new and exciting opportunities to continue this important work in your community
