In 2009-2011, the Rocky Mountain Prevention Research Center partnered with the Center for African American Health (CAAH) to conduct this community health survey using a community-based participatory research approach. The end result is a comprehensive, representative community health profile that can be used for setting research and intervention priorities as well as gauging health status over time.
