Carol directs research activities for the Center for Health, Work & Environment, including project management and coordination of grant submissions. Carol has over 12 years of experience in program evaluation and leads the program evaluation activities for the Center, including for the MAP ERC, where she works with faculty and staff to develop and use evaluation metrics to improve programs. Carol also directs the Pilot Projects program for the MAP ERC. She has a PhD in Psychology from the University of Southern California. When Carol is not working, she enjoys being outside and chasing after small children.
