About the Program

Native Telehealth Outreach and Technical Assistance Program

Are you concerned about health issues in your local community, and would you like to share information with others?

Do you work with a health-related organization that you would like to promote more widely?

We can help!

The Native Telehealth Outreach and Technical Assistance Program (NTOTAP) offers help with website development and social media marketing.

In NTOTAP, you’ll use WordPress to create a basic website – no programming needed!  Web development includes:

  • Choosing a theme
  • Adding pages and custom elements
  • Editing and uploading photos
  • Creating written content

NTOTAP also covers popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and text messaging.  You’ll learn:

  • How these platforms can benefit your organization
  • Which is best to promote your work
  • How to set up an account, link to your website, and update your content

Participation in NTOTAP lasts several months, and travel costs are covered.  The application period for the 2015 cohort has closed.  Please check back in fall 2015 if you with to apply for the 2016 cohort.  Thank you for your interest!
