Peter Corridon


Dr. Peter R. Corridon is a Medical Biophysicist and current NIH Fellow at the Institute for Regenerative Medicine and Department of Physiology and Pharmacology at the Wake Forest School of Medicine. He possesses diverse and distinctive experiences in the biomedical sciences, mathematics and engineering. Specifically, he has acquired advanced degrees and training in each of the STEM disciplines, coupled with expertise in Physiology, Biophysics, Medical Imaging, Microvascular Surgery, Gene Delivery, Mathematical Modeling and Medical Device Design. He is also a patented inventor and entrepreneur who focuses on microvascular remolding that supports tissue and organ regeneration and the use of in vivo functional dynamic imaging to study these processes.
