Dr. Narcisse works as a Senior Data Analyst at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Office of Community Health and Research. She has a doctorate degree in Public Health and a master’s degree in Economics with dual specialization in economic evaluation of projects and international economics and finance. She has additional training in biostatistics, survey methods, and clinical research. Her research is now focused on understanding the social determinants of health among Native Hawaiian and other Pacific Islanders, and on examining racial/ethnic disparities in health status, access to care, and use of healthcare services. She is also interested in applying Systems dynamics and Agent-based modeling in public health.
