Brad Dieter

I am currently the Providence Foundation Postdoctoral Research Fellow under the mentorship of Dr. Katherine Tuttle at Providence Medical Research Center. As a research fellow I am a member of the Discovery Science Lab and the Biostatistics and Methodology Core. Over the past several years I have been involved in research exploring the molecular mechanisms of diabetic complications, including diabetic cardiomyopathy and diabetic kidney disease. My research interests are aimed at discovering of the pathophysiology diabetic kidney disease with the goal of developing efficacious therapies and reducing the burden of disease. Additionally, I am interested in developing translational approaches that foster bench-to-beside amongst the field of diabetic kidney disease.
