Epidemiology


Faculty in the Colorado School of Public Health Department of Epidemiology have a long tradition of academic and research excellence. Dating back to the school's predecessor department in the University of Colorado School of Medicine and departments at Colorado State University, our faculty have for years been known to excellence in chronic disease epiemiology and infectious disease epidemiology respectively.

Since the formation of the school of public health, the faculty expertise has grown to include new and emerging areas of public health science and research.  Moreover, faculty are active in the classroom and community, translating their research into our various degree programs and community-based practice and research.
