Biography:
Karen B. Mulloy, D.O. earned a medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathy and has been an occupational medicine physician for nearly twenty years. As medical director of the Center for Occupational Safety and Health, Dr. Mulloy provides direction and leadership in the medical care for injured workers and provides instruction to residents who rotate through COSH. Dr. Mulloy is board-certified in Occupational Medicine and has earned numerous awards for scholastic achievement and community service. She received a Community recognition Award from the Mayor of Huntington, W.V. for outstanding community service, a Key to the City, and designation of November 16, 1990 as “Dr. Karen Mulloy Day.
