  • Health promotion and disease prevention by improving nutrition & food choice
  • Nutrition Education to reduce risk of chronic disease
  • Nutrition Education for at-risk audiences, including Hispanics, migrant farm workers, and people with limited resources
  • Exploring alternative education strategies through interactive multi-media, social marketing, correspondence programs, and courses including the internet/web access.
