The Health Kids Colorado Survey is conducted by the University of Colorado Denver and collects youth health and risk-related data around the state from a random sample of middle school and high school students in Fall of odd years.

Christine Ricklefs, MPH

Program Coordinator


​Ms. Ricklefs graduated with a Master of Public Health from the Colorado School of Public Health (CSPH) in Community and Behavioral Health.  Prior to the CSPH, she received a BS in Health and Exercise Science, concentrating in Sports Medicine from Colorado State University.  She previously managed a psychosocial intervention promoting healthy lifestyles and coping strategies among cancer survivors at the University of Colorado Cancer Center, and implemented a protocol examining tanning salon activity and advertisements across several social media forums.  Ms. Ricklefs' areas of interest include data analysis, program development and evaluation, cancer, and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS).  In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family in Colorado and rural Iowa, playing card games with friends, and educating others about TOS.
