The Health Kids Colorado Survey is conducted by the University of Colorado Denver and collects youth health and risk-related data around the state from a random sample of middle school and high school students in Fall of odd years.

Carol-Ann Mullin, MSPH

Operations Manager, TABS on Health


​Ms. Mullin manages data collection, the large data library, and the respondent registry for The Attitudes and Behaviors Survey (TABS) on Health, a population-based, repeat cross-sectional study for the State of Colorado. She earned a BS in Biology from Metropolitan State College of Denver and an MS in Public Health from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. She has 13 years of health research experience at the University of Colorado. She was previously site Project Manager for several national cancer registries, the Cancer Genetics Network, the Colorectal Cancer Family Registry, and the Rare Cancer Genetic Registry. Her professional interests include database design and development, cancer and chronic disease prevention, protocol design, and project management. As a parent of a lovely young lady with cerebral palsy, she is engaged with the local disability advocacy community. A native of New York City, she enjoys travel to the beach, California wine country, and experiencing Colorado’s beauty via trail running, backpacking and paddle sports.
