What I do: As the Faculty Personnel Coordinator I manage all aspects of faculty appointments of all tracks and ranks. I oversee the search process, review job descriptions and announcements, and advise search committees. I facilitate and manage the process for faculty mid-term reviews, promotions and tenure in collaboration with the Associate Dean for Faculty, the Department Chairs, the School's Committees and the Dean. I work with the Associate Dean for Faculty and the School's Committees on procedures and guidelines in order to establish processes to ensure adherence to University faculty policies. I act as a liaison to the Vice Chancellor's and Provost's office related to faculty promotions and tenure and I am the liaison to the Office of International Affairs.
