Position
What I do: I provide advisory services for program/project budgets and fiscal compliance. I review and process non-grant contracts, journal entries, funding distributions, and review for compliance issues. I provide reconciliation of accounts and funds, process scholarships for CSPH, CSU and UNC. Prepare cost share payments for our partnership with CSU and UNC. I prepare Speed Type account set-ups for all accounts impacting CSPH accounting; and provide Auxiliary fund invoicing.

My role also serves as a liaison between CSPH faculty/staff and CSPH finance (door is open for miscellaneous questions). My role and responsibilities continue to change and /or modify as CSPH continues to grow and evolve.
Background
Marshall joins the school in 2011 from the University of Colorado Denver Office of Grants and Contracts where he served as an audit and reporting manger. Marshall holds a master of accountancy from the University of Denver and is a Colorado Certified Public Accountant.
