Debra Kreisberg, PhD

Bio

Debra Kreisberg specializes in system and institute development and management, focusing on at-risk populations and Public Health Disaster Preparedness. She has 25 years of experience working with vulnerable populations due to disasters and humanitarian crisis. She is experienced in working with varied partners such as hospitals, health departments, all levels of government and nonprofit service organizations to develop collaborations around standards, service competencies for vulnerable populations, enhanced service access, culturally appropriate assessment and intake tools, and evaluation and measurement tools in healthcare access, quality of care, and quality of life issues. Currently, she is the Director for the Certificate in Public Health Disaster Preparedness and Response at the University of Colorado School of Public Health.
