  • Zinc and trace mineral nutrition in the human
  • Defining dietary requirements
  • Evaluating the metabolic regulation and adaptation to different intakes and physiologic states
  • Populations of interest include normal infants, pregnant or lactating women, premature infants and infants and children with cystic fibrosis.
