The Colorado School of Public Health hosts an annual convocation to recognize and celebrate graduates from across the school's degree programs and campuses. The convocation is traditionally held in May of each year on the University of Colorado Anschuz Medical Campus.

Convocation Participation - Important Information
REGISTRATION & ROBES: If you will walk in the school convocation, you need to complete the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus commencement registration process, now online at http://www.regonline.com/register/checkin.aspx?eventid=1049422.
Registration is required to indicate participation and order your robes.
THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER ONLINE IS THURSDAY, MAY 2.
Robe Rental Fee: Masters $40 | Doctoral students $45
These fees to do not reflect fees charged to participate in the CSU or UNC university commencement exercises*
ROBE PICK UP: May 23-24, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ED2 North, Room 1304
If you are NOT attending the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus commencement exercises on Friday, May 25 – robes may be returned after convocation in ED2 North, Room 1304
If you ARE attending the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus commencement exercises until 2pm on Friday, May 25 – robes will be returned at ED2 North, Room 1304 following commencement exercises or other convocations you might attend.

ON THE DAY OF CONVOCATION: Please plan to arrive at ED2 South by 2:00 p.m. MPH Students – Room 2201 MS/PHD Students – Room 2206 Faculty – Room 2304
RECEPTION: There will be a reception following the ceremony in the lobby of ED2 South.
PARKING: Parking on the day of Convocation is in the Leadville and Durango lots. Shuttle busses will be running between the lots and Ed2 Building. If you arrive and have questions, there will be a staffed information tent by the Georgetown parking lot.
