The Colorado School of Public Health is accepting applications and nominations for the position of Chair for the Department of Biostatistics and Informatics. This is a 12-month, tenure-track, Associate/Full Professor appointment with the primary academic appointment held at the University of Colorado Denver’s Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colo.
The Department’s vision is to participate in cutting edge public health and biomedical research, and to improve health through biostatistics, informatics and bioinformatics teaching, research collaboration, and methods development. Its mission is to provide high quality training in biostatistics, informatics and bioinformatics and to conduct state-of-the-art applied research. The Department constantly aims to develop innovative methodology motivated by real world problems in order to advance public health science, knowledge, practice and outcomes.
