How do I know which campus my program is on?

The University of Colorado Denver Graduate School has two campus locations, Denver Campus and Anschutz Medical Campus. Each campus offers a number of graduate degree programs.

Can I take courses on both campuses?

Yes, you can take courses on any campus of the University of Colorado through intercampus registration. You will need to register through your home campus Registrar's Office. For more information, see the Registrar's Office website

Where is the Graduate School located?

The Graduate School is located on the Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora, Colorado at 12631 E. 17th Avenue in the Academic Office 1 building, Room L15-1503.

Are all of the Anschutz graduate programs located on the Anschutz Medical Campus?

All of our graduate programs are located on the Anschutz Medical Campus with the exception of our Immunology program which is located at 1400 Jackson Street, Room K830 in Denver, Colorado.

Can I take any of your programs through distance education or on-line only?

Only our Nursing program offers any type of distance education courses. All other programs offer predominantly on campus courses.

What graduate programs do you offer on the Anschutz Medical Campus?

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus offers 26 MS and PhD degrees in a variety of disciplines. Go to Academic Programs for more information.

How large is the graduate program at UC Denver Anschutz Medical Campus?

We have nearly 800 students.

How do I request a tour of the Anschutz Medical Campus?

Campus tours are available through the Student Assistance Office. You will need to contact their office directly at 303-724-7684 to schedule a tour.

Who should I contact if I have questions regarding my credentials or eligibility?

All advising is done by the individual programs. You should contact your program of interest directly to speak with an advisor. Go to the PhD Program Directory or the MS Program Directory for contact information.

Where can I park when I come to visit the UC Denver Anschutz Medical Campus?

There are a number of different parking areas dedicated for visitors.

How long does it take to complete a degree?

On average, you should expect to take 2-5 years to complete a master’s degree and 6-7 years to complete a PhD degree.
