Zac Coventry

Zac Coventry’s research goal is to create a predictive model of urban food systems so that their human wellness impacts (broadly defined) can be more fully understood. Currently he is a NSF IGERT PhD Fellow with the Center for Sustainable Infrastructure Systems and a PhD student in environmental engineering at the University of Colorado Denver. He also holds a bachelor of science in agricultural development from Texas A&M University and a graduate certificate in international affairs from the Bush School of Government and Public Service. Zac invested two of the best years of his life as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Sustainable Agriculture (Ecuador) and hopes to build his own integrated farm in Latin America.
