Ramona Mateas is a current student at the University of Colorado Denver majoring in both Psychology and Public Health. Ramona is currently assisting ATP investigators on the following research projects:
1. RERC-ACT R1C: a project devoted to understand abandonment issues of AT devices for individuals with cognitive disabilities.
2. RERC-ACT R6: this project has the aim to develop a robot technology for pediatric therapeutic activities for children with cognitive disabilities.
3. CHAMP-D: is a“ Comprehensive Health Assessment and Motivation Program for individuals with Disabilities ( CHAMP-D)” based on a survey model to evaluate health status and health risk behaviors assessment followed by a motivational goal oriented program for individuals with a variety of disabilities.
Her future plan is to keep working at ATP as a volunteer over the summer.
