Overview

If your research interests include theory and algorithms, our faculty's research interests include algorithms (sequential and parallel), optimization and discrete simulation algorithms, and formal languages.

Professor Tom Altman has substantial experience in applying optimization and simulation algorithms to real-world problems, especially for network flow, distribution and communication problems.
