Though application requirements vary according to the program of study you have selected, all applicants must submit:
- a paper or web graduate application for admission (parts I and II)
- a $50.00 application fee
- two official transcripts from each college or university you have attended
- three letters of recommendation (download the request a recommendation form)
- standardized test scores and/or other supplemental information as requested by the department
