The University of Colorado Denver program in Ethics and Critical Theory engages contemporary social problems through research, teaching, and civic participation. The program was created in Spring 2010 in the belief that an interdisciplinary and historically informed approach to social problems, when coupled with social cooperation and engagement, is the most effective means for social progress and the advancement of knowledge. To this end, the program promotes and sponsors workshops, reading groups, conferences, curriculum development, research initiatives, publications, public talks and community partnerships. While primarily engaging with and drawing upon communities in Colorado, the program will also serve as a resource for communities far beyond Colorado's borders through its Web site and publications.
*The Ethics and Critical Theory program is only conducting reading groups at this time.
