Geological and geophysical field work and research in hardrock geology, mineraololgy, geophysics, seismology, gravity, magnetics, glaciology, subglacial topography and the cartographic histories of Antarctica and South America. In these capacities, worked for the American Smelting and Refining Company, United Geophysical Corporation, Anaconda Company, Chile Exploration Company, National Science Foundation, Arctic Institute of North America, United States Armed Forces Institute, United States Army Combat Engineers, University of Wisconsin, Indiana University, Purdue University, San Jose State University and the University of Colorado.
