STUDENT EMPLOYEES
To access the UCDAccess portal to take trainings:
Go to https://myaccount.ucdenver.edu/ to claim your email account. This site will let you know what your user ID and email is (after filling out password reset challenge questions/answers). You should be able to access the UCDAccess portal with this information. If you are a returning employee, you should already have access.
Please note: Individuals that are Faculty/Staff/Employees/POIs at the University and Students will use the Faculty/Staff Webmail system. You will have one University account and your role as an employee/POI will take precedence over your Student account. After registering your University account, you will log in to Webmail to access email. If you have any questions, please contact the IT Help Desk for assistance at 303-724-4357.
Employees are required to complete the following courses once each academic year. If you are unsure as to whether your training is up to date, please contact your supervisor. You may want to check with your supervisor to find out exactly which of these trainings you need to take. Note: It is up to the faculty supervisor to make sure that their employees are compliant with the requirements. Failure to take training is grounds for termination of this appointment.
