Faculty in the Department of Integrative Biology conduct cutting-edge research in specializations from cell and molecular biology to ecology and evolution. Recognized nationally and internationally, faculty receive funding from regional and federal sources, including the National Science Foundation and the National Institutes of Health. Working closely with undergraduate and graduate students, faculty in Integrative Biology offer students at all levels opportunities to receive hands-on scientific training for professional advancement.
