The focus of my research is the behavior and management of gorillas in captivity, as well as the cognitive abilities and tool behaviors exhibited by gorillas. The goal of my research is to contribute to the well-being of captive gorillas and to our knowledge of gorillas. Listed below are the studies I have conducted with captive gorillas:
