The study of political science prepares students to understand and cope with a rapidly changing sociopolitical world and its human consequences. The primary thrust of the political science curriculum is to sensitize students to the essential questions of politics and life:

  • Who has power?
  • Where does it come from?
  • How does it affect our lives?
  • What can we do about it?
