Many would call Sarah a Francophile (perhaps because she taught in France, speaks French, and loves French bands from the 1980s). She, however, would call herself a frenchophile because of her love for the language itself (which includes many different countries and peoples). After years of being lost in foreign language study, she has moved to Denver to study English, among other things, in the Masters of Humanities program at UCD. When not in study mode, Sarah spends most of her time as a gardenophile, a musicophile, and a margaritaophile. She arguably makes some of the best margaritas in the West, and would happily challenge anyone to a duel.
